Mark Brody Mosaics
Mosaic is piecing together objects of different 
sizes, shapes, and colors into a cohesive, unified picture. Mosaics for me has been an exploration of pattern, color, and construction; I find that tile setting has very few limits and a very large, unexplored potential. Most of my work oversteps the limitation of a right-angle frame so that the irregular edge enhances the form I am depicting. I welcome you to look at the work I have created and perhaps you will see something familiar in a whole new way.
